How to use: 

Adult Use: 1-2 tbsp daily.

• Take 1-2 Tbsp. by mouth daily.
• Use 1-2 tbsp of Sea Moss gel in your favorite smoothie, oatmeal, soups, yogurt parfaits etc. 
• 1-2 tbsp in your tea, water or cold pressed juice. 

Children 8 and under: 1/2 tbsp daily

Keep refrigerated for up to 3-4 weeks.
