ALL SALES ARE FINAL
- Orders without full payment will NOT be processed.
- No refunds or exchanges
- No refunds will be issued once produce and goods have been purchased.
- By submitting your order; you are agreeing to take full responsibility of proper storage upon pick-up.
- Check the order ASAP; No refunds or remaking products will be accommodated after the order has been received. Peaks & Harmony must be notified within 1 hour of receiving the order of any;
- missing items
- incorrect orders
- unsatisfactory products
- Peaks & Harmony is not responsible for:
- lost or stolen products once delivered.
- Product that has been left out for extended periods of time.

REQUIRED REFRIGERATION:
- It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the delivered products are refrigerated as soon as possible and within 2 hours from the delivery/pickup time. In extreme temperatures (summer) products should be refrigerated within 1 hour.
- **CAUTION: Do not consume any products that have remained un-refrigerated for more than 3 hours.
CUSTOM ORDERS: NON Refundable
- This includes orders in excess of the allotted quantities.
