ALL SALES ARE FINAL

  • Orders without full payment will NOT be processed.
  • No refunds or exchanges
  • No refunds will be issued once produce and goods have been purchased.
  • By submitting your order; you are agreeing to take full responsibility of proper storage upon pick-up.
  • Check the order ASAP; No refunds or remaking products will be accommodated after the order has been received. Peaks & Harmony must be notified within 1 hour of receiving the order of any;
    • missing items
    • incorrect orders
    • unsatisfactory products
  • Peaks & Harmony  is not responsible for:
    • lost or stolen products once delivered. 
    • Product that has been left out for extended periods of time.

REQUIRED REFRIGERATION:
  • It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the delivered products are refrigerated as soon as possible and within 2 hours from the delivery/pickup time. In extreme temperatures (summer) products should be refrigerated within 1 hour.
  • **CAUTION: Do not consume any products that have remained un-refrigerated for more than 3 hours.
