River Cleanse Disclaimer Liability release

The Cleanse & Release Ceremony takes place in the river and can be a deeply emotional and transformative experience. The process of releasing grief, old patterns, stored emotions, or past experiences may bring feelings to the surface that you may not expect.
You may experience tears, anger, sadness, relief, memories, emotional waves, or physical sensations as you move through the process. These responses can be a natural part of deep emotional release.
Water Safety: There is no lifeguard on duty or available during the ceremony. The river water is shallow, approximately knee-deep, and each participant will be guided through the ceremony and its process. However, you are responsible for your own level of comfort and safety in the water. Please do not enter the water if you are uncomfortable, unable to safely stand or walk in the river, or have a condition that may make participation unsafe.
You are always encouraged to honor your body, your boundaries, and your comfort level. You may step away or choose not to participate in any part of the ceremony at any time.
LIABILITY ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By choosing to participate in the River Cleanse, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and involves inherent physical and emotional risks. Peaks & Harmony, Heather Peaks, and the Wildflower Wellness Collective cannot be held liable or responsible for the health, safety, injury, illness, emotional response, or well-being of participants during or related to the River Cleanse.
Each participant is responsible for assessing their own ability to safely participate and for taking appropriate precautions to protect their physical and emotional well-being.
Please participate only if you feel comfortable, prepared, and able to safely engage in the experience.
No Refunds, No Cancellations, & Time-Reserved Services
All River Cleanse experiences are intentional, time-reserved services. All sales are final. No refunds and no cancellations will be issued for any reason.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. No refunds or credits will be issued for time missed due to late arrival.
Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of inclement or unsafe weather conditions, the River Cleanse event will be rescheduled for a safer date and time.
No refunds will be issued due to weather-related changes. Your registration will be honored for the rescheduled event date.
Acknowledgment & Agreement
By registering for and/or participating in the Floating Sound Bath, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this policy and liability agreement in full.
