Holistic Wellness Session Policies

Cancellation Policy

  • We understand that life happens, and plans change. If you need to cancel your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
  • If you do not provide any notice and miss your appointment (no-show), the full session fee will be charged.
  • Exceptions may be made for emergencies on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your session without any additional fees.
  • Rescheduling multiple times may result in the forfeiture of your session at the practitioner's discretion.

No-Show Policy

  • A no-show is when a client does not arrive for their appointment without prior notice.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee.
  • Repeat no-shows may be required to pre-pay for future sessions.

Late Arrival

  • If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect the next client's session.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be canceled and considered a no-show.

Session Etiquette

  • Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your session to allow time for centering and preparation.
  • Phones and electronic devices should be set to silent or turned off to maintain a peaceful environment.
  • Respectful communication is important. If you have specific needs or concerns, please feel free to share them at the start of the session.
  • The energy healing space is intended to be a calm, supportive atmosphere.
  • We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children or guests, unless discussed in advance.
  • Children between the ages of 13-17 may receive services when accompanied by a parent or guardian, provided they have a clear understanding of holistic wellness and the practices.

Health Considerations

  • If you are feeling unwell, have a contagious illness, or need to reschedule due to health reasons, please let us know as soon as possible.
  • Your well-being and the safety of our other clients and practitioners are our top priority.
  • If you arrive visibly unwell, your appointment will be rescheduled.

Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy. All personal information shared during your session will remain confidential.
