In Studio Wellness Session Policies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and plans change. If you need to cancel your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

If you do not provide any notice and miss your appointment (no-show), the full session fee will be charged.

Exceptions may be made for emergencies on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your session without any additional fees.

Rescheduling multiple times may result in the forfeiture of your session at the practitioner's discretion.

No-Show Policy

A no-show is when a client does not arrive for their appointment without prior notice.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect the next client's session.

If you are more than 8 minutes late, your session may be canceled and considered a no-show.

Session Etiquette

Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your session to allow time for centering and preparation.

Phones and electronic devices should be set to silent or turned off to maintain a peaceful environment.

Respectful communication is important. If you have specific needs or concerns, please feel free to share them at the start of the session.

The energy healing space is intended to be a calm, supportive atmosphere.

We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children or guests, unless discussed in advance.

Children between the ages of 13-17 may receive services when accompanied by a parent or guardian, provided they have a clear understanding of holistic wellness and the practices.

Health Considerations

If you are feeling unwell, have a contagious illness, or need to reschedule due to health reasons, please let us know as soon as possible.

Your well-being and the safety of our other clients and practitioners are our top priority.

If you arrive visibly unwell, your appointment will be rescheduled.

Weather & Inclement Conditions Disclaimer

For the safety of both the practitioner and the client, appointments may be impacted by inclement or extreme weather conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, severe storms, extreme heat or cold, flooding, icy or hazardous road conditions, power outages, or any weather event deemed potentially dangerous or harmful.

In the event that extreme or unsafe weather conditions occur, appointments may be postponed or canceled at the discretion of the practitioner. If an appointment is canceled due to weather-related safety concerns, the client will receive a credit to reschedule for a safer date and time. No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations; however, all credits will be honored toward a future appointment.

Client and practitioner safety is always the top priority, and every effort will be made to communicate changes as early as possible.

We respect your privacy. All personal information shared during your session will remain confidential.
