Holistic Wellness Session Policies
Cancellation Policy
- We understand that life happens, and plans change. If you need to cancel your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
- If you do not provide any notice and miss your appointment (no-show), the full session fee will be charged.
- Exceptions may be made for emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your session without any additional fees.
- Rescheduling multiple times may result in the forfeiture of your session at the practitioner's discretion.
No-Show Policy
- A no-show is when a client does not arrive for their appointment without prior notice.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee.
- Repeat no-shows may be required to pre-pay for future sessions.
Late Arrival
- If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect the next client's session.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be canceled and considered a no-show.
Session Etiquette
- Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your session to allow time for centering and preparation.
- Phones and electronic devices should be set to silent or turned off to maintain a peaceful environment.
- Respectful communication is important. If you have specific needs or concerns, please feel free to share them at the start of the session.
- The energy healing space is intended to be a calm, supportive atmosphere.
- We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children or guests, unless discussed in advance.
- Children between the ages of 13-17 may receive services when accompanied by a parent or guardian, provided they have a clear understanding of holistic wellness and the practices.
Health Considerations
- If you are feeling unwell, have a contagious illness, or need to reschedule due to health reasons, please let us know as soon as possible.
- Your well-being and the safety of our other clients and practitioners are our top priority.
- If you arrive visibly unwell, your appointment will be rescheduled.
Confidentiality
- We respect your privacy. All personal information shared during your session will remain confidential.
