Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Peaks & Harmony.

Shipment processing time:

All orders are shipped on Mondays or Wednesdays.

No shipping on weekends or national holidays.

Unless otherwise noted, orders are typically processed to be packed and shipped out within 2-4 business days.  The time frame doesn’t take into consideration the time in which it takes to get the order delivered to you from UPS.

The shipping costs are not regulated by the company, but instead dictated by the current UPS rates which will take the weight and the shipping destination to determine the price.

The shipping method in which you choose does not change or affect our company’s current fulfillment time. Selecting any priority or expedited shipping will be upheld and guaranteed from the shipping carrier and the company is not responsible for the package not being delivered in that time frame.

Peaks & Harmony is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages marked delivered but, not received. In the event that this happens, please file a claim with USPS/UPS using your tracking number. Our company will assess the appropriate solution to any delivery issue.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Peaks & Harmony is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@peaksharmony.com or text/call 615-205-5740. Please take photos of any damaged products and packaging. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
