Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

  • Orders without full payment will NOT be processed.
  • No refunds or exchanges
  • No refunds will be issued once produce and goods have been purchased.
  • By submitting your order; you are agreeing to take full responsibility of proper storage upon pick-up.
  • Check the order ASAP; No refunds or remaking of products will be accommodated after the order has been received. Peaks & Harmony must be notified within 1 hour of receiving the order of any;
    • Missing items
    • Incorrect orders
    • Unsatisfactory products
  • Peaks & Harmony is not responsible for lost or stolen products or products that have been left out for extended periods of time. (Please refer to our refrigeration & consumption policies) Refunds due to any of these issues will not be granted.
