Heather offers private and group River Cleanse Ceremonies for retreats, sister circles, wellness events, holistic workshops, and spiritual gatherings. Each experience is customized to honor your unique journey of letting go and returning to balance.

⚠️ Important Note: Cleanse & Release ceremonies can be deeply intense emotional work. Releasing old patterns, grief, or trauma can bring up strong feelings in the moment, sometimes unexpectedly. It’s not unusual to cry, feel waves of anger, or experience physical sensations as energy shifts.
