This was my first experience with something like this and guaranteed it won't be my last.
The atmosphere was so relaxing. She was intentional with every moment. I felt everything and felt nothing all at the same time.
The provided began snacks was a bonus and they were AMAZING 😭 I immediately booked my next session.

Being a shy person, I will say upon arrival, it wasn't as welcoming as I would like. She was checking everyone in so I understand. Being new to the environment, I was lost on what to do but other patrons helped me. But that's just personal preference, not necessarily a bad thing. Just sharing my experience

Heather’s Peaks & Harmony sound journey was absolutely transformative. The space she held was grounding, nurturing, and deeply intentional. The sounds carried me into a state of relaxation and inner peace unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Heather’s presence and guidance made me feel safe to release, reset, and reconnect with myself. I left feeling lighter, aligned, and truly renewed. I can’t recommend her enough for anyone seeking deep healing and harmony.

This is just what I needed to end a busy month a busy day.
Heather made sure the room was prepared that her guest was comfortable. I drifted off into a state of relaxation but could hear everything she said. Her voice was so soothing.

After the sound bath we were treated to delicious fresh pressed juice + vegan muffins.

I highly recommend this sound bath and I will be back again.

The session was beautiful and healing. I enjoyed it very much!!

I highly recommend Peaks & Harmony for anything they offer. My experience was a very personal one and allowed me to look inward, where the person I love lives - that person is me !
I know you may be skeptical but please don’t let that interfere with you having your own personal, beautiful experience .
Heather is such a beautiful spirit and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcomed and loved .
Go for it ! Take a chance ! Do something wonderful for yourself !!!!!! God Bless 🙏🏼💜🙏🏼

This is an amazing product that works wonders at fighting off colds and other crud before the onset. I took this when I began to feel myself getting sick, and the next day I was feeling good. It’s like the Vital Defense actually defended my body against whatever was trying to disrupt my immune system.

Awesome products

Will definitely purchase again.

I love my tincture!.It has helped me tremendously with my monthly cycles. I would recommend to all women who are having issues during their time of the month and will definitely be ordering again.

I’m so thankful for the herbs that I receive from Peaks & Harmony monthly. I’ve gotten my test results from my recent wellness visit and I can see a significant improvement in my overall health. Forever client right here! :)

I order Elderberry Syrup for me and my family about every three weeks. It is a great product, all-natural, and made fresh to order. The customer service is always great and my order is always on time.
