Peaks & Harmony Retreat Policies
IMPORTANT: I agree to with the following listed below.
- Peaks & Harmony retreats are not affiliated with any specific religious group, organization or belief. All walks of life are welcome to attend. Please come with an open mind and with respect to all humans and paths.
- Bullying or hate speech: Degrading comments about race, religion, culture, spirituality, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated. That behavior will result in immediate eviction from the retreat without a refund.
- Some retreats require very intense/emotional healing sessions and physical activity. It is not advised to attend if you currently have any of the following health conditions:

Epilepsy, Pregnancy over 4 months, Glaucoma, History of Cardiovascular Disease, Severe mental illness, Osteoporosis, Aneurysm, Strokes, seizures or other neurological conditions.
Deposits & Installment Payments:
- Full payment is due if your required date is in 40 day or less.
- Initial deposit required at the time of booking.
- Monthly installments are due every 30 days.
- Reminders are sent via email or Text.
- Reservation must be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- If the Participant cancels the booking more than sixty (60) days before the arrival date, 100% of the fees paid by the Participant (less taxes) is refundable.
- If the Participant cancels the booking fifty (50) days before the arrival date, 50% of the fees paid by the Participant (less taxes) is refundable.
- If the Participant cancels the booking forty (30) or fewer days before the arrival date, all fees paid by the Participant are NON-REFUNDABLE; however, they may reschedule for a later date pending availability. If a participant then cancels their rescheduled booking, the participant agrees no refund will be issued, as the original date still was vacated with fewer than 40 days notice.
- There shall be no refunds of fees due to shortened stays or unmet expectations because of weather conditions or unexpected illness of the Participant during the retreat.
- Group: If one member of a group cancels, but each participant purchased individually, the remaining reservations will remain in place. The fees remain the same regardless of the number of attendees, and the cancellation policy applies for cancellation of the entire reservation.
Illness or Injury:
- In case of illness or injury in the days prior to a scheduled retreat, Participants must not attend the scheduled retreat and may reschedule for a later date per the above policy.
Pets:
- We love all animals; however, to avoid bringing pet allergens into a space where people are meant to breathe deeply, Peaks & Harmony DOES NOT allow any pets or emotional support companion animals. Doing so will result in immediate eviction from the retreat without a refund. No exceptions.
- Service Animals as defined by the American Disabilities Act.
- Please notify Peaks & Harmony in advance if you need to bring a Service Animal (Not an emotional support animal) prior to booking your reservation.
Transportation:
- Peaks & Harmony cannot be held liable for any accidents or injuries incurred during travel to and from Peaks & Harmony Retreats.
