Booking & Payment:

Full payment is required to secure your session.

Payments accepted via card, PayPal, or approved manual methods.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Cancel 48+ hours in advance to reschedule. NO REFUNDS

Cancellations after 48 hours is non-transferable

No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Late Arrivals:

Arriving 5+ minutes late may result in a shortened or forfeited session.

Come as you are:

There’s no dress code.
Wear whatever makes your body feel relaxed and your spirit at ease.

Soft layers, loose fabrics, or anything that allows you to simply be.

To honor the sacred energy of the space, you’ll be asked to remove your shoes upon entering. We invite you to bring or wear warm socks or cozy footies to keep your feet grounded and comfortable during the journey.

This is a space of peace, presence, and pure energy.

Please note that our Sound & Soul Sundays gatherings will be recorded and photographed to share the energy, beauty, and sacredness of these moments with our growing community.

All footage will be professionally and tastefully captured, and may be shared on our social media platforms and website.

Weather & Inclement Conditions Disclaimer

For the safety of both the practitioner and the client, appointments may be impacted by inclement or extreme weather conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, severe storms, extreme heat or cold, flooding, icy or hazardous road conditions, power outages, or any weather event deemed potentially dangerous or harmful.

In the event that extreme or unsafe weather conditions occur, appointments may be postponed or canceled at the discretion of the practitioner. If an appointment is canceled due to weather-related safety concerns, the client will receive a credit to reschedule for a safer date and time. No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations; however, all credits will be honored toward a future appointment.

Client and practitioner safety is always the top priority, and every effort will be made to communicate changes as early as possible.
