Floating Sound Bath Policy & Liability Agreement

By choosing to participate in the Floating Sound Bath experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure clarity, safety, and a supportive environment for all participants.

Voluntary Participation

Participation in the Floating Sound Bath and use of the pool is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion. You understand that entering the pool, floating, and engaging in any water-based activity is a personal choice made at your own risk.

Swimming Ability & Water Comfort

Participants are responsible for assessing their own swimming ability and comfort level in water. If you are unable to swim, have a fear of water, experience anxiety in water, or feel uneasy floating, you are strongly encouraged to use a poolside lounger rather than entering the pool.

No Lifeguard on Duty

There is no lifeguard on duty during the Floating Sound Bath. Peaks & Harmony and Alvine Lynnyard do not provide lifeguard, swimming instruction, or water safety supervision.

Assumption of Risk

You understand and acknowledge that water-based activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to slipping, falling, fatigue, panic, or injury. By entering the pool or participating in floating activities, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with water use and floating.

Health & Medical Considerations

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically and mentally fit to participate. This includes, but is not limited to, conditions such as:

• Heart conditions

• Respiratory conditions

• Dizziness or fainting

• Panic or anxiety related to water

• Pregnancy (consult your healthcare provider if unsure)

• Any condition that may impair your ability to float safely

If you have any concerns, you are encouraged to consult with a healthcare professional prior to participating.

Release of Liability

By participating, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Peaks & Harmony, Alvine Lynnyard, facilitators, staff, property owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from or related to participation in the Floating Sound Bath and use of the pool facilities.

Personal Responsibility

You agree to take full responsibility for your own safety, comfort, and well-being during the experience. You will immediately exit the pool and notify a facilitator if you feel unsafe, dizzy, anxious, or unwell at any time.

Poolside Participation Option

Participants may choose to experience the Floating Sound Bath from a poolside lounger at any time. This option provides full access to the sound healing experience without entering the water.

No Refunds, No Cancellations, & Time-Reserved Services

All Floating Sound Bath experiences are intentional, time-reserved services. All sales are final. No refunds and no cancellations will be issued for any reason.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. No refunds or credits will be issued for time missed due to late arrival.

Inclement Weather Policy 

In the event of inclement or unsafe weather conditions, the Floating Sound Bath event will be rescheduled for a safer date and time.
No refunds will be issued due to weather-related changes. Your registration will be honored for the rescheduled event date.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

By registering for and/or participating in the Floating Sound Bath, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this policy and liability agreement in full.
