Q. Why isn't my order being processed?

  • Payment must be received at the time of order. Any unpaid or pending orders will not be processed.
  • Orders without shipping information will not be processed.
  • Custom herbal blend orders without a completed questionnaire will not be processed.

Q. Is shipping available?

  • Yes, select products are available for shipping.
  • International shipping is not yet available.


Q. What forms of payment are accepted?

  • All major credit cards, Pay Pal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay.


Q. Do I have to pay upfront?

  • Yes, Payment must be received at the time of order. Any unpaid or pending orders will not be processed.
  • Installment payments are available for Retreats.
  • Deposits are required for wellness services.

Q. Inclement Weather & Natural Disasters

  • Inclement weather includes but, is not limited to: Severe Thunder Storms, Tornado Watch/Warnings, Snow/Ice/Hail, Severe Fog, Flooding etc.
  • Restock for local gyms will be put on hold until it is safe for delivery. 
  • Shipping may be delayed due to severe weather.
  • Emails & text messages will provide more information in this case.
