This was my first experience with something like this and guaranteed it won't be my last.
The atmosphere was so relaxing. She was intentional with every moment. I felt everything and felt nothing all at the same time.
The provided began snacks was a bonus and they were AMAZING 😭 I immediately booked my next session.
Being a shy person, I will say upon arrival, it wasn't as welcoming as I would like. She was checking everyone in so I understand. Being new to the environment, I was lost on what to do but other patrons helped me. But that's just personal preference, not necessarily a bad thing. Just sharing my experience

This is just what I needed to end a busy month a busy day.
Heather made sure the room was prepared that her guest was comfortable. I drifted off into a state of relaxation but could hear everything she said. Her voice was so soothing.
After the sound bath we were treated to delicious fresh pressed juice + vegan muffins.
I highly recommend this sound bath and I will be back again.
