Policy & Payment Agreement: Mobile Wellness Services
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your service date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled service date. Failure to submit the remaining balance by this timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking, with the deposit forfeited.
Cancellations and refunds require a minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice prior to the service date. Cancellations made within this timeframe will forfeit the deposit. Any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded if proper notice is given.
Rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice, subject to availability. When adequate notice is provided, the deposit may be transferred to a future available date. Requests made within two weeks of the service date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
All services are intentional, time-reserved experiences. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and no refunds will be issued for time missed.
