Policy & Payment Agreement: Mobile Wellness Services
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and selected service. Please note, this deposit is not the final cost of your service. Total pricing is determined based on location, number of guests, and the level of service requested. The deposit will be applied toward your total balance.
**The remaining balance is due upon arrival, prior to setup and the start of your service.
Cancellations and refunds require a minimum of two (3) weeks’ notice prior to the service date. Cancellations made within this time frame will forfeit the deposit. Any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded if proper notice is given.
Rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice, subject to availability. When adequate notice is provided, the deposit will be transferred to a future available date. Requests made within two weeks of the service date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
All services are intentional, time-reserved experiences. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and no refunds will be issued for time missed.
Weather Disclaimer (Mobile Services)
For the safety of both the client and practitioner, mobile appointments may be affected by inclement or extreme weather, including hazardous road conditions or severe weather events. If conditions are deemed unsafe, the appointment will be postponed, and the client will receive a credit to reschedule for a safer date and time. Safety is always our priority.
