Cleanse and Release Ceremonies are powerful spiritual rituals designed to help individuals let go of heavy emotions, stagnant energy, past pain, and anything that no longer serves their highest good. These ceremonies honor the natural process of release; creating sacred space to cleanse the mind, body, and spirit while calling in renewal, clarity, and peace.

⚠️ Important Note: Cleanse & Release ceremonies can be deeply intense emotional work. Releasing old patterns, grief, or trauma can bring up strong feelings in the moment, sometimes unexpectedly. It’s not unusual to cry, feel waves of anger, or experience physical sensations as energy shifts.
