Release of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement

This Release of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all event staff, volunteers, contractors, and attendees (“Participants”).

1. Assumption of Risk

The Participant acknowledges that attending or working at the Event may involve certain risks including, but not limited to: outdoor activities, hayrides, inflatables, food consumption, interaction with animals, equipment, weather, and physical activities. The Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attendance or participation.

2. Release of Liability

The Participant hereby releases, waives, and discharges Keys Farm, Reiki & Natural Essentials, Peaks & Harmony, Bonnie Meade Farm, Tranquility Healing, their owners, officers, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death that may be sustained by the Participant or their property, whether caused by negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, while attending or participating in the Event.

3. Indemnification

The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to the Participant’s actions or participation in the Event.

4. Medical Treatment

The Participant consents to receive medical treatment deemed necessary if injured or ill during the Event and agrees to be financially responsible for any associated costs.

5. Ticket Purchase Agreement

By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement, including the waiver of liability and assumption of risks.

6. Acknowledgment of Understanding

By purchasing a ticket(s) for entry, the Participant acknowledges they have read and fully understand this Agreement. They understand they are giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue, and accept these terms freely and voluntarily.
